A full-time employment opportunity is available for a personable, motivated, and experienced relationship manager to join the Jewish Community Partners professional team as Endowment Development Associate.

This experienced professional will be highly organized and have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

He/she must have a track record of professional success in sales, marketing or development with a client-centered focus.

He/she must have impeccable professional presence, be a self-starter and be able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities to include:

Supporting the endowment development and legacy efforts of JFOM’s partner organizations and ensuring they are receiving the support they need from JFOM;

 Developing and implementing a stewardship plan for existing fund holders and legacy donors including regular communication, donor recognition, educational programming, etc.;

 Implementing strategies with current and prospective donors with the goal of growing the Foundation’s assets and number of funds;

 Managing programming and outreach to the Foundation’s Professional Advisory Group with the goal of nurturing relationships with a broad range of financial and estate planning professionals;

 Implementing marketing initiatives for JFOM in cooperation with JCP Director of Communications.Preferred candidates will possess:

 5 or more years of professional experience with some combination of financial services, banking, customer service, sales, planned giving and major donor development;

 First-hand knowledge of the Jewish community and its customs and practices; Knowledge of fundraising systems and processes;

 Ability to understand technical written information about issues and laws related to charitable giving as well as well various giving vehicles and techniques;

 Experience in working with volunteer committees;

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

 Proven ability to work collaboratively.
